Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Campbell Creative Co LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Creators Dept (“Creators Dept”, “we”, “us”), for use of the Creators Dept app and creatorsdept.app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. Account owners are responsible for their team members’ access and for the partners they invite.
Your content
You own the content you and your partners add (files, proposals, agreements, captions and so on). You give us permission to host, store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for the agreements you send through the Service, including reviewing agreement templates with your own attorney.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, upload malware, try to access other customers’ data, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Beta
Parts of the Service may be offered as a beta, free or at a reduced price. Beta features may change, may have bugs and may be discontinued. We welcome your feedback and may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.
Fees
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown when you subscribe. Payments your partners make to you (such as deposits) are between you and them and are processed by our payment provider under its terms.
Third-party services
The Service works with services such as Stripe and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask for a copy of your content. We may end or suspend access for violations of these terms or if we stop offering the Service, and will give reasonable notice when we can so you can export your content.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t provide legal, tax or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred dollars if you haven’t paid us).
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them and will post changes here with a new date; continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes. Questions: pete@creatorsdept.com.
